Water Flow (Movement Lab)

Water Flow hosts classes in yoga, massage, breath-work, contact improv and interactive dance under shade and on a padded floor. Join us for Ecstatic Dance while the sun winds down and amazing DJs until midnight. Each day at 12 AM the volume lowers and the bass is dropped to honor our local noise ordinance, and the stage moves into beautiful music to carry you into the After Hours were you will find sensual ways to connect with a cacao and kundalini ceremony as well as Friday and Saturday burlesque shows.
