Moon Dog and the Astral Cats are a acoustic band with roots in folk, blues, jazz and rock. Michael Nichols and Ky Takikawa started the band in 2018 in Santa Barbara, California. Mixing soft acoustic sounds with vibrant electricity to create music that can be played in every setting and give the listener a complete range of emotion throughout the show.
