In this workshop we will locate, uproot and upgrade the (often well-intentioned) subconscious programs passed down through generations in our DNA & cultural legacy that keep us locked in the repetitive cycles of fear, scarcity & competition. You will have the opportunity to opt out of the victim, perpetrator, rescuer loop and into the truth of your most expanded self a a conscious co-creator of your life experience. You will leave this workshop with upgrades to your subconscious mind and your DNA so that you can and do make choices and take actions in your daily life from love rather than fear and feel safe doing so.

How do we relate to each other as men, women and everything in between? How do we relate with our sensuality, sexuality and desire? What even is intimacy? And how do we get there?
