J-Feather’s eclectic branches stem from his singer/songwriter roots. As a Southern California Native currently based out of Tahoe, J-Feather started trailblazing his unique style at the age of 15 when he began writing in a progressive percussive acoustic style that opened him up to the universe of musical composition . His current multi-genre approach to music covers a spectrum of rock, reggae, R&B, blues, and folk while keeping the roots of his raw creativity intact. His current draw to looping and overdubbing gives him the ability the creative expansive soundscapes coupled with saturated leads that melt, move, and groove while keeping all his original elements intact, yet taking taking on a shape of its own in the universe of his compositions. J-Feather’s progressions coupled with his conscious lyrics make him stand out but not stand alone in this journey.
