Sierra Velasquez

Sierra V is a licensed massage therapist of 15+ years and has studied extensively with legendary teacher Pichest Boonthumme while living in Thailand. Sierra is currently a Thai massage instructor for Hands on Healing Institute in LA, and also has worked in diverse settings such as elite spas, physical therapy clinic settings, and exclusive sports performance facilities. As a team member of Revive Touch Wellness and HannaLe Healing Arts, she worked with top poker players at events throughout Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and North Africa.

Sierra’s life changed after meeting her teacher, the legendary Thai massage Master Pichest Boonthumme of northern Thailand. She has lived in Chiang Mai and annually visits Pichest’s home based school to learn from him, and his unique, highly effective methods of working with the body. Indigenous healing can not be read about to be learned, only felt and learned through hands-on guidance and daily practice.

Sierra has worked with professional athletes, celebrities, musicians, renowned yoga instructors, and others across the globe, but is now based in Los Angeles, California and available for home appointments by referral. Therapeutic Thai is her means of sharing the body wisdom lessons learned through years of training and practice with the wider community, including volunteering sessions for the disabled community and is an active volunteer for the Heart Touch Project, giving weekly touch therapy sessions to low-income patients with cancer at USC Wellness Center.
