Healing Description

Each session is specifically curated to cater to individual needs, offering Deep Swedish Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki. Remaining present in my Self in order to best listen to your body and what it is needing in this moment. Starting slowly with light pressure to promote life force and ready your muscles for massage. Together we will go deeper in pressure, and release, to bring balance to any dis-ease that may be present in the body, and energetic Self.
