Kaliko’s serves Hawaiian favorites with a modern and healthy twist. Menu items include ahi poke bowls with seaweed salad, loaded kalua pork fries, fish tacos, coconut shrimp, loco moco, pork bowls, chicken teriyaki, and a vegetarian/vegan rainbow bowl. Kaliko’s strives to be the fastest, freshest and most visually appealing food at the festival. Kaliko’s is family operated small business based out of Northern California.
