Scheduled Workshops

  • Self-massage and Aromatherapy for Personal Wellbeing

    45 min | Fairies’ Hollow

A journey through feeling, acknowledging, and awakening your own body and systems through breath and self-massage. Learn basic techniques including: acupressure points, myofascial holds, nerve activation, and active release with stretching. We will also incorporate the use of aromatherapy to support different moods or maladies.

  • Elimination Communication (EC) and Infant Massage:

    45 min | Fairies’ Hollow

Learn about the opportunity and methods of supporting your newborn in a diaper-free experience. This discussion will empower infant caregivers through connection, routine observation, and subtle cues of beginning elimination communication. Through these proven techniques, caregivers can provide infants with an empowered pathway to personal wellbeing and potty training before the toddler years. Infant massage is another way of establishing a bonding routine, supporting babies through growing pains, calming the nervous system, nurturing trust, and activating body awareness in this key time of development. We invite all the mommas and caregivers to join us on this journey of community health and wellness.

  • Moms for Moms: A Conversation on Maternal Wellness

    45 min | Fairies’ Hollow

As society pivots to restore the matriarchy, it is critical that we support the uplifting and empowerment of mothers and the nourishment they provide to the community. Join us in a facilitated conversation on motherhood and wellness throughout all the stages, ages, and moments of life. It is our hope that we can hold the container for knowledge through lived experiences to be shared, witnessed, celebrated and unpacked together in community. We intend to nurture a dialog on the ways and means for assisting mothers through this restorative practice, with an opportunity for sharing resources and connections for community empowerment. We invite mothers, grandmothers, mothers-to-be, caregives, and anyone interested in the conversation around how to support, enrich, and uplift the matriarchal journey.
