Kids Capoeira
Capoeira, in simple terms, is an Afro-Brazilian art, rich tradition and history. It is said that Capoeira is “ a fight that is a dance and a dance that is a fight.” This Brazilian Martial Art incorporates dodges, kicks, and takedowns combined with acrobatics and dance like movements.
Men's Circle and/or Father's Circle
In a men’s circle a safe space is created for men to reconnect to themselves, to their emotions and each other. We practice being as present as possible, using practices to move from our often overactive minds to our bodies.
