Sleep Mode

Sleep Mode has been on a pursuit of bass his entire life. In the early dubstep era he found his calling to become a DJ until he saw a live glitch hop sunrise set deep in the New Mexico desert in 2007, when he was inspired to start producing his own music. Somewhere on that journey, he decided to drop the DJ gigs entirely, go into hiding, and not to return until he could create entirely original performances. That’s when the Sleep Mode project was envisioned as a timeline of distorted future dystopias and the inherent beauty found within them. Now, with his studio based in Santa Cruz, CA, Sleep Mode continues to push this vision with a mix of future/west coast bass and a few drops of classic electronica. Whether in a dark room or under the stars, expect a deeply unique dance floor experience.
