Burd is the Wurd is a producer/DJ living in Santa Barbara that came onto the music scene in 2009. Starting to craft his turntable and production skills at an early age, he quickly learned the craft of turntablism & scratching, mixing & blending, and then music production. Attending music production school helped refine Burd is the Wurd’s skills and allow him to take his art to the main stages at music festivals, club residencies, mountain party’s, and many more. Blending old school and new school styles, and multiple genres of music from Electro Funk, Hip-Hop, Dubstep, House, Breakbeats, Drum & Bass, and more, he has always impressed crowds by keeping the people on their toes dancing and having a great time.
