Lauren has been an avid aerialist for four years, starting when she was 10. Participating in both individual and duo routines, she has found so much joy in it. Aerial is a creative outlet for Lauren, and she enjoys making routines, and perfecting them. Lauren also loves adding contortion and acrobatics elements to her aerial routine! Most of her favorite moves in the air demonstrate this flexibility, but she also loves to do drops and interact with the music. Lauren has grown to love performing, and being on stage with her fellow performers!
