Exploring our ability to tell stories and express our thoughts on the spot we will share tips, tricks and practice together. This workshop will involve freestyle writing as well as freestyle rapping in the moment. Bring a notebook and pencil!

Allow your mouth to become the producer. Create drums and tones to stimulate your throat chakra and connect with the power of sound. Exploring and playing with different techniques we’ll take turns sharing our unique styles!
