Get Fried Rice was founded at the Oregon Country Fair in 1972 and hasn’t missed a Fair yet! Their on-the-road booth came into fruition in 1989 to meet the need for high-quality, nutritious, and affordable food on the festival scene. To date, Get Fried Rice has kept people fed and dancing all through the night at over 100 festivals! They are renowned for being open and serving at all hours that there are hungry mouths to be fed, with abundant vegan and gluten-free options. They offer a wide range of homemade, all-natural beverages, as well! For over 30 years, GFR has made a conscious effort to reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainability in all aspects of service, including composting all food waste, providing free access to filtered drinking water, and pioneering festival foodservice in reusable dishes with a deposit system.
