Sheila Janan
Heart pumping, body shaking, pores breathing, full of life and Divine wonder is the experience Sheila likes to deliver with her Ecstatic Dances. Dancing all her life while studying psychology and energy modalities of Qigong, Tai Chi and Cranio-sacral Therapy, she has been traveling across the country for the last 6 years sharing her gifts.
She now combines her diverse background of energy & education to deliver inspiration through guided Ecstatic dance journeys. Trained by Gabrielle Roth and Shiva Rea, her gentle yet strong facilitation radiates love and freedom for Divine Intelligence to expand through the body with movement & rhythm. Sheila has a gift of being able to lead large groups of people into the deepest expression of Oneness in movement.

    Love Activation is an immersive open-hearted surrender of being, filled with movement allowing music to flow through you. It is a surrender of self into the movement, letting the air carry waves of vibration that open meridians, illuminate chakras and carry the breath of the Beloved into you and through you. You become an exquisite, whole-body prayer. The experience opens with a breathwork portal that creates a unified field and from there we combine breath, music, movement, rhythm, beats, freedom, light... all to express the spirit of your authentic self.
