Day: Saturday | Duration: 75 min. | Location: Warriors' ArenaIn this class we'll focus on dancing in both currents, evening out your hoop practice, and conditioning your second, or less dominant current. We'll go over breaks, both on and off body so that you can transition gracefully from one current to the other. All levels welcome, I can fine tune each exercise to your level.
