dj v's obsession with music begin in the early 90's midwest dance music scene which was heavily influenced by both dj's and producers from the detroit and chicago house and techno scene. he started djing regularly in NYC in the late 90's and was a resident of flamingo's weekly party called tru skül, playing and learning to dj alongside masters such as robert hood, theo parrish, claude young, boo williams etc. he now hosts a weekly radio show on KCSB 91.9FM called interplanetary musik
