Originally a Chicago girl, Alana Star has had a passion for dance music since early adolescence. As a result of her undying love of the music she created a website called forloveofhouse.com in which she blogged sets from city local dj's worldwide. Her tastes are constantly evolving as the sounds in the production world are changing. There have been numerous influences throughout her journey and she is continually inspired by all of the talent. She has always had an impeccable ear for sound and is able to put together unique sets in various different genres including deep house, tech house, and progressive. She now resides in Los Angeles where she continues her quest sharing the music she loves with the world.
