Scheduled Workshops
Vocal, Toning & Chant Workshop
An interactive plashop weaving in the voice, movement, and intention. We will co-create toning circle offerings, experience call and response chant, honor the Divine within each other and learn some heart opening chants. The voice is the least explored instrument we each own and we will experience our voice as medicine.
