Jessica is a Level 3 certified Tai Chi and Qigong teacher and a certified instructor of Integral Energetic and Primordial Qigong. In 2012 Jessica was a featured presenter at both the National Qigong Association annual conference and the Oneness Gathering of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.

    You will practice and learn the healing benefits of Medical Qigong, Animal Frolics, 5 Element Qigong and the 10 Phases of Qi. Eliminate old energies, pain and emotions from your body and make space for a new way of being. Simple exercises with intention engage your muscles, imagination and your mind. Guided meditations calm the brain and the heart. Breathwork improves your breathing capacity and lowers your stress level. Self applied massage improves circulation. This workshop will go over many forms of Qigong and is beneficial for beginners to advanced students.

    Discover the meanings behind the slow movements of Tai Chi. We will learn several short forms that will improve your balance and give you a sense of well being. We will begin with Tai Chi Easy. A short 5 movement form that is accessible to everyone, Tai Chi helps us to find peace in a chaotic world, tap into our inner being and approach life in a calm manner.
