The Lucid City University houses the lecture stages of Lucid University (LU) and Fishbon University (FU). Hosted by Fishbon Arts and Technology Collaborative, it is an institute of Learning, Enlightenment and Frivolity.

An array of speakers (Wisdom Keepers), will alternate between the two lecture stages from morning until midnight. Lucidity curated offerings will include panel discussions on financial freedom and empowerment, world peace and transformative festivals, embracing cultural differences and adventures in lucid dreaming. In addition there will be lectures on visionary art, alternative currencies, Ram Dass and Ayurvedic health. Fishbon curated content includes lectures on the Natural World, Burning Man culture, art & creativity, technology, beer, a short history of burlesque, world population, self-empowerment and more.

The Lucid City University will also house several art installations, including The Space Palette, the Autonomous Video Hut and the Infinity Boxes.

On Friday from 11:00am until 4:00pm The University will hold Rush Hours. Lecturers and Students are invited to come on down and mingle. We encourage Students to form their own Sororities and Fraternities based on principles of inclusiveness rather than exclusivity. And by all means make them silly!

Midnight at the University marks the beginning of “Open Source” Entertainment. There will be Film screenings and a Presentation of Toadstool Ring, a Play by Violet Blast. This is also a time for anyone to share a talent on the lecture stage, be it, spoken word, an acoustic musical offering or something unheard of. These extra-curricular activities go on until 3:00am or later.
