Zach Rosen
Zach Rosen is an educator, artist, and writer living in Santa Barbara. Zach does not work with your typical mediums though. He is a Certified Cicerone® (beer Sommelier) with a background in chemical engineering who specializes in abstract beer pairings, combining suds with music, movies, art, and other experiences. His work searches for how beer flavor can be used to explore one’s memories, emotions, and perception. These conceptual events and presentations involve all of the senses and seek to discover the many ways that beer can pair with life, creating an immersive environment and engaging conversation with the audience.
