Richard Hilton

Richard Hilton is a web developer and filmmaker. He has nurtured his interest in lucid dreaming since 1998. Inspired by a heartfelt appreciation for its potential benefits, particularly in the area of personal development, he produced the short documentary film “Explorers of the Lucid Dream World” in 2004. He has presented and co-facilitated several dream workshops in the Santa Barbara area, participated in research experiments, and assisted with The Lucidity Institute‘s Dreaming and Awakening programs for several years since 2010.

    Day: Saturday | Duration: 90 min. | Location: Lucid University Stage

    This panel will focus on Lucid Dreaming as a key to unlocking personal potential and realizing full empowerment in our waking and dreaming realities. From a multitude of perspectives, our panelists will share tools, tricks, tactics and strategies used to get lucid, stay lucid, and to harvest meaning from the dream. This discussion will be a vehicle for approaching the profound idea of becoming lucid in our waking lives, as well as in our dreams.

  • This workshop is for people who have already had lucid dreams, and want to learn how to get more out of them. Experienced lucid dreamers will share stories, and abilities they have learned.
