What if JS Bach made electronic music? Trained in classical piano since the age of 7, Underbelly aims to combine his classical upbringing with the electronic sounds of tomorrow. After making a hip-hop beat everyday for 365 days straight, Underbelly released his debut EP Liquid Phase to critical acclaim from local music blogs in Santa Barbara.

But what really sets him apart is his live show: part traditional DJ set and part piano improv, Underbelly constructs beats on the fly by looping riffs on his keyboard and mixing them into the hip-hop and R&B hits of today.
