Jungle tribe leader Mikey Lion is an innovator of his tech-house sound, and it was inevitable that his little brother and best friend Porkchop followed in his lead. His deep seated techno roots eventually evolved into a shared love for anything tech, including his signature tech-house sound, Jungle’s eventual pairing with San Diego’s purveyor of all things deep and sexy, aka Lovelife, spawned a mega family of tech house-deep house-techno loving Jungle lovers. That’s a whole lotta love, and Porkchop is at the center of it all.

Porkchop is also a Co-founder & resident DJ of Desert Hearts, a bi-annual 3 day marathon of House, Techno, and Love festival. It’s a community, a movement of love celebrating life with beats. With a major focus on cutting edge house and techno incorporating the best Funktion-One sound system, most beautiful decor, art, artists, performers, yoga, workshops, sound healing and more, we are constantly striving to go above and beyond to create a truly magical outdoor music experience.
