DJ, quasi-producer, button-pusher, booty-grabber, and genuine pervert, Mico Suave ties together common elements of house, techno, and hip hop to create a bass-fed aural lubricant of the slipperiest nature. His sets invoke feelings of love, lust, motion, and emotion. In short, they make you horny and wanting more, and more.

Mico is just as comfortable opening a night with the smoothest of loungey jams as he is crushing skulls with Berlin minimal at 4am, or layin’ down the copulation beats at sunrise…the time of day where the true house degenerates thrive. Mico Suave’s current sound is heavily influenced by the likes of Lee Burridge, Simon Shackleton (Elite Force), Jamie Jones, Claude VonStroke, and Garth from Wayne’s World.

As a Santa Barbara native and Los Angeles transplant, Mico Suave frequently throws his musical fire in both of these locations, having had opportunities to open for Elite Force, Seven Lions, Worthy, and Steve Aoki over the past few years. Much of his sound has been influenced by his time spent at Burning Man, but only a handful of lucky people have witnessed his sets out in the Nevada desert, as he usually reserves that special time for losing his bike, wandering around chasing bleeps and bloops, and searching for Daft Punk at the Trash Fence. This is his second time performing at Lucidity.
