I have been officially trained in Transformational Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Yoga, and Life coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. I also have extensive personal training in Sound healing, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and a plethora of health & wellness and spirituality information.
I am also a movement specialist, I teach dance, yoga, and Qi-gong blended into my own unique form called Ascension Body Movement.
