Set Times: By now, you will have received your set times via the email that linked you to this page. Set times are firm. Due to a strict 12 am curfew at Live Oak Campground, there is absolutely no extra time for rescheduling.
If you are unsure of your set time, please reference the email with subject line “Lucidity Festival - Timeslot Release - Artist Advance” or you can contact James Spektrum.
Load In: Please check in with your Stage Manager no later than 1 hour, prior to your scheduled performance start time. Please be present and set up, ready to play at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled performance start time.

Box Office & Box Office Hours: The Box Office is located near the parking area. You cannot miss it. ALL attendees (including Artists, Performers, Guests, Volunteers and Participants) must go to the Box Office to get their passes. No Exceptions!
Thursday, April 11th: 8am – 6pm (Vendors, Musicians, Early Arrivals, etc.)
Friday, April 12th: 8am – 12am
Saturday, April 13th: 8am – 10pm
Sunday, April 14th: 8am – 10pm
ARTIST MEALS: Each artist will receive one meal voucher redeemable at our kitchen. You will receive your meal voucher in your artist packet when you arrive at the box office. If you have any dietary restrictions that were not included in your rider, please fill out the following form.
Every artist gets one meal so please only choose one (1) meal and your preferred dietary choice. If you choose more than one, we will pick from one of your choices.

GUEST LIST: Please refer to your signed contract or initial email offer for guest list allotment. All artists are allotted one (1) Guest, unless otherwise specified in your correspondence or contract. Guests will pick up their passes in the Guest/Artist line at the event box office. Artist Guest passes do NOT come with Car camping or RV passes. They must be purchased separately if desired. Artist guests will be allowed to enter the festival starting Thursday, April 11th, from 8am to 6pm
HOSPITALITY: There will be shared artist dressing rooms behind both Alive and Lucid stages with basic festival hospitality (drinks, snacks)
SETTLEMENT: You can pick up your settlement at the production office 24 hours a day starting Friday at 12pm until Monday at 12pm. The Production Office will be clearly marked on the Festival Map included with your arrival packet at the box office. All approved settlements will be made by check. Cash will not be available on site.
