Stretches for the Neck and Shoulders
To start, bring your chin down towards your chest and hold for 10-15 seconds. Then, tilt your head to the left and hold for 10-15 seconds, then tilt your head to the right and hold for 10-15 seconds. Finally, tilt your head back and hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat this sequence 3-5 times.
Next, bring your right arm across your body and use your left hand to press the right arm gently against your chest. Hold for 10-15 seconds and then switch sides. Repeat this sequence 3-5 times.
To finish off this section, bring your right arm up and over your head, bend your elbow, and use your left hand to gently press your right elbow against your head. Hold for 10-15 seconds and then switch sides. Repeat this sequence 3-5 times.
