Things are definitely busy and bustling in the Lucid universe, as you may have noticed from our very active Facebook page and other marketing efforts. We offer you more opportunities to connect with Lucid family a little closer to home, though our LA and San Diego tribe will definitely want to check out our LA & SD Pre-Party, Calling in the South. Lucidity is organized into Villages, and many of them have upcoming pre-parties and fundraisers in the Santa Barbara area. We’d love to see you out at one of these wonderful events in support of the villages that make the Lucidity experience so special!

Kicking things off is the Official Warrior’s Way Village Benefit and Full Moon Dance Party on Friday, March 6th at the Brasil Arts Cafe in Santa Barbara. Featuring music by SLOTHY, 9Lives, and Selecta Shaggy, amazing performances of all kinds and Brazilian street food and cocktails served, it’s sure to be quite the party! Entry is $12 at the door, please RSVP on Facebook!

Please join our Goddess Grove Village on Friday, March 13 at The Divined Feminine: A Spiritual Speakeasy at Fishbon Pescadrome in Santa Barbara. Novices and seasoned artists alike will gather to share the intuitive arts with one another. Tarot, runes, palmistry, aura readings, crystal healing, and massage will be provided by a troupe of fortune tellers. You are welcome to bring your own divination tools and skills to share; come and contribute to the psychic network that binds us together. Alongside individual readings, we will have tarot games that boost creativity and communication among diviners. Admission is free, though donations are wholeheartedly appreciated. We nourish one another potluck-style, so bring something yummy to share! You can support Goddess Grove via their GoFundMe fundraiser as well.

On Saturday, March 14th, Wise Owl in the City: Lucidity Healing Sanctuary Fundraiser will be taking flight at Divinitree in Santa Barbara. Please join us and support our Kindred Quest FUNdraiser for Lucidity’s Healing Sanctuary! We will be serving up an amazing assortment of blissful vibrations, in all the many shapes and forms they come in. Come embark on a journey of yoga, workshops, donation-based healing, a sound galactivation experience, ecstatic dance, and more as we celebrate the spirit of the Wise Owl! Donation based healing will begin after 7pm in the Moon room due to a Yoga teacher training. Come early in the day for yoga and workshops. Enjoy Galactivation, Ecstatic Dance, Raffle Prizes and more in the evening! Suggested Donation - $5-$10 … every bit helps! Hope to see you there.

And because we can’t get enough of our Goddesses, please join us for a Goddess Grove Fundraiser at Muddy Water’s Coffee House on Wednesday, March 18th. An old-school drum’n’bass party brought to you by the Goddess Grove, we present a few hometown heroes who are masters of their craft: Cumulus, Professor West, Sinapz, and Step Correct. Get your Lucid swag and come shake your booty with us to some good ol’ DnB!

On Tuesday, March 24th at The Brewhouse in Santa Barbara, join the Trixters and PoiZen crews for an evening of offerings from 2015. $10 dollars at the door. We will kick it off the evening with some live music from Brion Shearer and Cam “ShipWreck” Bowman (Trixters Village Elder) at 7pm. Give a wander and check out the art, vendors and village collaborators while you grab a bite to eat from the awesome menu at The Brewhouse. Pick up a raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes including official Stolen Art Gallery pieces and much more! Subduction will open up our electronic showcase at 9:30pm, followed by Archive 95. Our grand finale is the one and only Well Groomed! The man, the myth, the facial legend will hit the decks at the chime of midnight and take us home with his brand of banging electro house!
