Sarah Jean has been studying many modalities of bodywork over the last two years but grew up around body workers and always knew it was a passion she wanted to persue. Since beginning her training at the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute she has taken modalities including Basic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Visceral Lymphatic, Lymphatic Drainage, And Polarity Therapy.

I take a therapeutic approach in any modality that I perform.The most rewarding sessions I have experienced are when you can truly relieve someone’s ailments. By putting all of your intentions and focus into another persons pain and pin pointing anatomically which muscles need to be relieved. Having a back round in Anatomy and Physiology have aided my strong Intuition to the human body.
