Lisa has been working with people for over 22 years to bring awareness, peace, harmony, healing and transformation to people’s lives through energy healing, sound healing, body work, aromatherapy and yoga. She also educates people and helps them plan for their future through wellness coaching and financial services. Lisa empowers herself and others to step into creating and living life as the unlimited being of love and light you truly are! She combines different healing modalities and intuition to connect with each person, and create a session that best serves them in that moment.

Lisa is trained and certified in reiki, access consciousness (bars and body processes), theta healing and aromatherapy. She feels called to participate in raising the consciousness of the planet by bringing love, light, awareness, healing and transformation into the mainstream. Lisa helps people clear away the judgments and limitations they have placed upon themselves, their lives, their bodies and their thinking, so they can step into their highest self and shine! Lisa also provides sound healing and meditation in her community through the use of 9 quartz crystal singing bowls. The tone and vibration of the quartz singing bowls are attuned to the chakras, and help to align, open, clear and balance the chakras within the body, the energy field around the body, detoxify the cells and soothe the nervous system (and the mind).
