Anita Griego has received her bachelor degree in psychology and philosophy at the University of New Mexico. While attending UNM, she traveled to Sedona, Arizona, and received her Reiki Master certification. After graduating from UNM, she was interested in pursuing more avenues of healing. She chose to continue her education at New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, where she expanded her modalities to include: Swedish massage, Cranio-Sacral, Foot Reflexology, Polarity, Core Synchronism, Hydro-therapy, Flower Remedies, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Radionics, Homeopathic First Aid, Living Foods Nutrition, Aromatherapy, and Nature Cure.

After completing this program, she had a burning desire to learn more about Core Synchronism. Since then, she has completed all seven levels of Core Synchronism training and received full certification in the modality. Currently, Anita is one of two Core Synchronism practitioners actively practicing in Denver, Colorado. She works with all aspects of the human being, focusing on everything from the physical body, to the chakras, to the energetic currents that surround the physical body and more.
