Scheduled Appearances

  • Workshop: True-Self Exploration & The Art of Somatic & Relational Psychology: Tools for Healing, Empowerment, and Growth

Day: TBA Duration: 60 Location: Warriors Way (Intention Tree)

From a place of somatic and relational authenticity, we become more present human beings, and are more able to show up for ourselves and others in a loving, thoughtful way. The word somatic means of, or relating to the body, and is especially distinct from the mind and mental capacities. When we give the body our full presence, its inner wisdom becomes visible. This visibility offers us tools to deconstruct protective and repressive mechanisms, often manifested as body armor or relational distress. The intention of this workshop is to assist participants to get in touch with their most authentic state of being. Romi will discuss cutting-edge concepts associated with relational development, body-centered healing, and neuroscience, as well as facilitate experiential partner exercises to deepen mind-body connection and healing.
