Richard Hilton has nurtured his interest in lucid dreaming since 1998. Inspired by a heartfelt appreciation for its potential benefits, particularly in the area of personal development, he produced the short documentary film “Explorers of the Lucid Dream World” in 2004. He has presented and co-facilitated several dream workshops in the Santa Barbara area, participated in research experiments, and assisted with The Lucidity Institute‘s Dreaming and Awakening programs since 2010.

  • How To Lucid Dream

    Location: Fishbon Studies

    There are 3 things you need to have vivid, meaningful and and lucid dreams:
    1) Knowledge about sleep and dreams.
    2) A Technique for getting lucid.
    3) A Community to share experience with.
    This workshop will cover all 3 aspects, particularly focusing knowledge and covering the 7 things you need to know to have a lucid dream.

  • Advanced Lucid Dreaming

    This workshop will quickly go over the 7 things you need to know to have a lucid dream. Then more advanced aspects of lucid dreaming will be discussed such as dream powers, navigation, interaction with dream characters and spiritual experiences. The audience is encouraged to contribute their own techniques and experiences.
