  • Workshop: Thai Partner Massage

Day: Sunday Duration: 60 Location: Healing Sanctuary (Wise Owl Collabortorium)

After a couple days of camping, our bodies need some love. This workshop would be a yummy early morning addition, where in lieu of an active asana yoga practice, participants can partner up to give each other thai massage. It is a beautiful opportunity to open to the exchange to give and receive, create a space of open heartedness, and practice healing ourselves and each other through simple thai massage techniques (inspired by acro yoga’s lunar/therapeutic elements). We partner up and each weaver takes a turn giving then receiving, while I guide them step by step. They will walk away feeling light and loved, and having learned a few new thai techniques that they can share with their loved ones back home.
