Mos Jef

Jef holds certification as an advanced level practitioner and teacher of the Emotional Freedom Technique, as well as Theta healing. He’s attended intensives at the Sophia School of Living Arts in France, Italy and California in 2012-13-14, and has facilitated healing and workshops throughout the west coast transformational festival circuit for the last 3 years. He’s also studied music and music therapy in Portland, Oregon and has attended the Globe Institute of Sound and Consciousness in San Francisco. This will be his third year holding space at the Owl Sanctuary at Lucidity.

    Using a combination of meridian based self-healing technology (EFT), high frequency thought forms, brainwave alchemy, sound healing and guided visualization, this workshop will offer those in attendance the capacity to activate and access the deep levels of vibrational medicine and infinite creative potential that already exists within all of us.
