Leo Ziegler, Program Coordinator and Christina Olivo, Program Facilitator; Ministry of Flow … “Ministry of Flow is a vessel to cultivate flow. We believe everyone can experience flow, said to be the ultimate human experience. Flow can be encountered in many situations - at school, at work, at play and at home.
At Ministry of Flow, we come together as a collective of flow artists, performers, musicians, teachers, healers and flow enthusiasts to develop and share our gifts and talents. This is to inspire others learn and incorporate flow into their lives and experience fulfillment, joy and happiness.
We offer a wide range of flow/fire arts, flow yoga & meditation, sound arts, various healing modalities and spiritual practices, self-empowerment workshops and performances & events. Our intention is to spread flow far and wide! And we are humbled by this opportunity.

Social responsibility is our cornerstone and we aspire to see communities thrive through our school and youth programs. We also have customized corporate program to bring flow at work.

  • Workshop: The Prop Swap

    Day: Friday Time: 11:00 AM Location: Family Garden (Phamily Flow Zone)

    Join Leo and Christina In this all aged, one hour prop building workshop called the prop swap. Participants will be able to build a prop of their choice, poi, hoop, or juggling balls ..or they can come and trade in a practice prop for another they haven't been able to work with. This Play-Swap will be each day at 11a.m in the Family Flow Zone.

    In this all aged play-shop we will cover the basics of timing, direction, turning and a few beginner style tricks.

    Day: Sunday Time: 10:00 AM Duration: 60 Location: Family Garden (Phamily Flow Zone)

    In this all aged play-shop Christina Olivo will teach basic hoop techniques like timing and direction, engage you in a super silly adventure to let your inner hooper out to learn some freestyle fun.
