Yin yoga is a transformational practice that supports mindful awareness of one’s physical, energetic, emotional, and mental equilibrium. Poses are held for an extended time with relaxed muscles and deep breathing, allowing the body to soften and the postures to stimulate connective tissues, i.e. facia and ligament, as well as affect bone density, joint mobility, and the overall health of the internal organs.
