Lucidity is always one of Fire Grooves favorite festivals of the the year! We fully immerse ourselves with classes in flow, performances nightly, hosting the flow zone by the lucid stage, and bringing our full line of fire dancing gear with the booth. TechniFlow ~ Poi
Location: Warriors Way - WTF (Warrior Training Facility)We all have poi down right? We are all masters of the technical and flow realms of poi :) Good... So I am going back to the basics to see if there may just be a few moves we can expand on and push our comfort levels. Wait... Comfort levels being pushed on basic moves... It's true! It can happen and I will introduce some exercises and techniques that we can add onto all moves in the future to keep our practice well balanced. I balanced practice leads to more flow and less heady spinning!

Double Staff with Lester
Location: Warriors Way - Intention TreeIn this workshop we will dive into the many geometric moves of double staff in the realms of isolations and anti-spins and how to flow these types of moves easily into your repertoire. Learning these moves not only with a solid grip but also by using your fingers to gain extra rotations allows you to add them into more places therefore increasing the flow.
