Everyone at Lucidity is a participant. One of our core values is radical immersion in the festival-making and dream-weaving process. This open-source festival is setup – from design to finish – to collect and reflect the creative collaboration of each individual who attends. Total immersion: bring your theme camp; come play in character; offer your wears; experience collaborative live-art; bring your kazoo; teach us about composting, offer a yoga workshop, put on a play; come dance; volunteer your time and services to help behind-the-scenes (which are really interwoven into the fabric of the festival.) Just be you… we’ve been waiting for your arrival.

We recognize that volunteers are the backbone of a successful festival. We also want to reward those people willing to give their service, time, and energy to Lucidity. We welcome volunteers to come early and assist in the build process if they desire. During the event a volunteer that works 3 shifts will be rewarded with a free ticket. A volunteer who works 2 shifts will be rewarded a half price ticket. Shifts will run 4-5 hours depending on the task. Volunteers will be asked to put down a deposit on their ticket which will be returned when they fulfill their volunteer commitment.
