Steph is an embodiment coach who helps women connect to their bodies, trust their intuition, and live the life they *actually* want to be living. She believes that no woman should have to cover up or change any part of herself for the sake of keeping a relationship, job, or lifestyle. Her clients learn how to use their body as a trusted tool to identify intuition and guide them to joyful, free living.
Steph offers classes, workshops, retreats, and 1:1 coaching to help women start living the life they truly want to be living. She is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), has a bachelor’s degree in dance, 700+ hours of teaching certification in yoga, and much more embodied experience. She has been coaching and teaching for over a decade, and is passionate about seeing her clients step into their most joyful, free, aligned living.

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a simple technique that uses the meridians to create a shift in emotions, energy, thoughts, and more. It can lessen the severity of anxiety, stress, strong emotions, and sometimes even physical pain or discomfort. Tapping can be useful in shifting limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns. In this workshop, you will learn how to do this technique in a way that will make it accessible to your everyday life, so you can change your emotional, mental, or energetic state any time.
