  • Regenerative Foraging: Cultivating Connection to Place

60 min | Altar of Earth

Foraging connects us to abundance and brings us into meaningful relationship with plants, people & place. Whether its mushrooms, acorns, fruits or greens, these ecological allies hold the keys to our understanding of how to live in reciprocity with the planet. We will talk story & ethics behind gathering wild foods while learning the nutritional & mental health benefits of foraging. You will gain a basic understanding of how to forage & how this practice can encourage humans to play a regenerative role in the ecology around us. You will also learn clinically-proven ecotherapy practices for personal & collective healing to support your process and to share with others. Enjoy wild food samples as we connect with the ancestral art form of regenerative foraging.
