SET TIMES:You should have received your set times via the email that linked you to this page. Set times are firm. Due to a strict nightly (12AM) curfew at Live Oak Campground, there is absolutely no extra time for movement or overages.
If you are unsure of your set time, please reference the email with subject line “Lucidity Festival - Timeslots - Artist Advance - Guest List Info” or you can contact James directly.
GUEST LIST: Please refer to your email or signed contract for your guest list allotment. All Artists and their Guests are required to have a festival pass issued by Eventbrite. This pass will come via email once you have submitted your Guest List and it has been approved. Artist Guest passes do not come with parking or RV passes- those must be purchased separately if desired. Artist guests will be allowed to enter the festival starting Thursday, April 10th: 12pm – 6pm. If you have questions regarding how many guest passes you or your artist is receiving, please email James for clarification.

Ground Transportation: Ground Transportation only applies if it was included in your offer. If you are unsure, please check your contract for the appropriate details. Please finalize all of your ground transportation requests with James by Monday, April 1st at the latest!

LOAD IN: Please check in with your Stage Manager no later than 1 hour before your scheduled performance start time. Please be present and set up, ready to play at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance start time.
BOX OFFICE LOCATION AND HOURS: The Box Office is located in the main parking area. You cannot miss it. For faster entry, we ask that ALL attendees (including Artists, Performers and their Guests) must have the Eventbrite Ticket or QR code that was sent to the email address that you submitted with your guest list. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Friday, April 11th: 8am – 12am
Saturday, April 12th: 8am – 10pm
Sunday, April 13th: 8am – 10pm
ARTIST MEALS:We believe that all performers should be fed for their time and energetic exchange. Each artist will receive one meal voucher redeemable at our kitchen. You will receive your meal voucher in your artist packet when you arrive at the box office. If you have any dietary restrictions that were not included in your performance/hospitality rider, please fill out the following form.
HOSPITALITY: There will be shared, secure artist dressing rooms behind the Alive and secure Green Rooms behind both, the Lucid and Alive Stages with basic festival hospitality (drinks, snacks, friends)
SETTLEMENT: Your Stage manager will have your check available immediately after your set If he does not, you can pick up your settlement at the production office, starting Friday from 12pm-7pm, until Monday at 12pm. The Production Office will be clearly marked on the Festival Map included with your arrival packet. All approved settlements will be made by check. Cash will not be available at the festival.
