Dancing all her life while studying psychology and energy modalities of Qigong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts, she recently traveled across the country with the QiRevolution Tour for 6 years sharing her gifts.

Trained by Gabrielle Roth and Shiva Rea, her gentle yet strong facilitation radiates love and freedom for Divine Intelligence to expand through the body with movement & rhythm. Sheila has a gift of gently leading large groups of people into the deepest expression of Oneness in movement.
